2. Services Provided
MyStories FOREVER offers video production, post-production, and review services, including but not limited to 360 3D video capture, HD video production, digital post-production, and family legacy video archives.

3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing all content required for video production, including personal images, video files, and other materials. Users must ensure they own or have appropriate rights to all materials provided for use.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: Clients may cancel their service orders within 48 hours of booking without any penalty. If cancellation occurs after 48 hours and before service commencement, a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost will apply.
• Refunds: After service commencement, if you are dissatisfied with the progress or outcome of the service, please contact us to discuss potential remedies. Refunds for completed services are not typically provided; however, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
• Non-completion: In cases where the project cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances or failure on our part, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the stage of completion.

5. Payment Terms for 360 and HD video productions
Payment for our video production services is due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the start of the contract:

• 50% deposit required at the time of service booking.
• 25% immediately after the production shoot and upon commencement of post-production.
• Final 25% due upon project completion but before final delivery.

6. Intellectual Property
All original content created by MyStories FOREVER remains our intellectual property. Clients retain full rights to all original materials provided by them and the final edited video, subject to any rights assigned through licensing agreements for music, stock footage, and other third-party content.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, parties agree to first attempt to resolve the disagreement through direct negotiation.
• Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties agree to engage in mediation before pursuing any further legal action.
• Arbitration/Litigation: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration or, where necessary, court proceedings.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms of Service
MyStories FOREVER reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
